Privacy policy

This policy explains how PE Nikoloz Bregvadze ("we") handles the information you share on this website.

What we collect

When you send a booking request we receive the details you enter: name, phone or WhatsApp number, dates, pick-up place, chosen car and any note. When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone we receive your number and the messages you send.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, arrange the rental and contact you about it. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Ads to measure ad interactions and WhatsApp clicks. A click is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. These services may set cookies and collect technical data such as your device, browser and approximate location. You can block cookies in your browser settings or opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept for up to 12 months, or longer when the law requires it for completed rentals.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by phone or WhatsApp: +995 551 18 77 88.
